The pool is underwhelming and cold. The view is obstructed by beams, making it a disappointing experience. Rooms are cramped, especially for two people, and the bathrooms are poorly designed, making accessibility a significant issue. a sliding door would help. Even though the hotel is vast, the room sizes and facilities could definitely use better planning.
